Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role involves supporting a high-growth US Defense Tech innovator. We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Technology & Engineering talent for one of our clients, a pioneering defense tech company. They build advanced, proprietary hardware and AI/ML-powered software robotic weapon stations purpose-built for national security and defense modernization. As they scale their physical production, this recruiter will be instrumental in building out their technology and engineering teams to push innovation. About us... Since 2020, we have been scaling teams for the likes of Microsoft, Mailchimp, Google, Quizlet, & Fortinet, to name a few, and are seeking an awesome TA to jump back into a super recruiting hot seat. Talent Partner Well, you don’t really hear this in recruitment, but we don’t like following rules so we’re going for it! We are looking for TAs who thrive on technical desks and who are genuinely excited about scaling a mission-driven defense technology brand. Bonus points for hybrid or remote sourcing experience. The role itself Embedded within a client account, representing a cutting-edge defense robotics brand as an ‘in-house’ recruiter. Specializing in Tech searches, sourcing top-tier talent (Software Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, Machine Learning) to bring defense products to life. Managing pipeline, scheduling interviews, and candidate negotiations (the recruiter bit). Deep-dive sourcing across LinkedIn, industry-specific networks, and localized technical talent pools as required. Liaising with client-side external stakeholders, plant managers, and operations leaders in Austin and Alexandria. Working alongside bubb's creative team and account managers to optimise candidate attraction. Having fun hiring humans for awesome clients!
