Sales Associate

Summary The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering best-in-class client service and achieving individual sales goals for the Beverly Hills boutique. This role focuses on developing lasting client relationships through deep product knowledge and proactive client development. The Sales Associate also supports boutique operations including merchandising and inventory activities. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, UPT, and ADS Provide best-in-class client service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication Develop and grow a local and international client book; recruit and retain top clients Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients through product stories Support floor moves, visual merchandising, and boutique housekeeping Locate merchandise across boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales per guidelines Manage stock assignments, organize inventory on floor and in the stockroom Participate in inventory and cycle counts and assist with packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise Requirements Minimum 5 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury Strong drive for business results with a passion for fashion and the brand Ability to develop strong and lasting client relationships with excellent communication and follow-through Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and electronically Proficient in reading, counting, and completing business and client documentation Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced, evolving environment Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to operate phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, computers and other equipment Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs; adhere to company policies and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
