Sales Associate

Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro‑active Sales Associate to join the team in Los Angeles reporting directly to the Store Manager. The Sales Associate will exhibit a friendly and outgoing attitude whilst delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience as part of our LA Flagship store team. Duties & Responsibilities Sales & Experience: Delivers exceptional customer service at all times. Ensures the store remains clean and presentable at all times while referencing daily checklists (cleanliness, smell, sound & appearance). Ensures that the Brand Ethos is protected and spoken about on the sales floor. Handles difficult customer interactions in a responsible, educated manner. Showcases excellent product and brand knowledge. Acts as an Aime Leon Dore Brand Ambassador. Operations: Maintains the store’s visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment. Works purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met. Successfully operates POS systems and transactions. Supports all areas of the store when necessary such as register, door host, back of house, etc. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail. A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment. Keen attention to detail. A pro‑active and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative. Computer and till system literate. Strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills. Flexible working hours. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours). Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to curbside, truck unload, etc. Salary Range: $20.25 - $22.50 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Aimé Leon Dore
