Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or in an educational setting is preferred

- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing needs in the classroom
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support under the supervision of certified teachers
- Assist individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Help with classroom management and organization
- Support students with special needs, following individualized education plans as directed
- Prepare materials and set up activities to facilitate lessons
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
