Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

Pay Range: $19.30hr - $24.30hr Job Overview: The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator will support manufacturing site operations through recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, shop floor engagement programs, and administrative tracking. Responsibilities: Support recruitment efforts for hourly positions, including candidate coordination and administrative activities. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate site visits. Work with the manufacturing leader to understand staffing needs and act as the point of contact for the corporate talent acquisition team to track open requisitions and hiring activity. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and orientation sessions. Monitor and track employee absenteeism through the shop floor call-off process. Partner with manufacturing leaders to host onsite initiatives and projects designed to enhance employee engagement and experience. Develop a plan and system for rewards and recognition. Gather suggestion box ideas, review them with manufacturing leadership, and organize rewards and awards. Organize lunch and learn sessions. Manage the shop floor event committee. Organize and schedule the training calendar for the manufacturing shop floor team. Qualifications & Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
