Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish)

McDonough, GA | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Premier Staffing Unlimited is seeking an experienced Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) for a growing personal injury law firm in McDonough, GA. This position requires previous experience working in a personal injury law firm. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, compassionate, and able to independently manage multiple client cases while providing exceptional service throughout the legal process.

The Case Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients after intake, coordinating communication, monitoring medical treatment, maintaining case documentation, and working closely with attorneys to ensure each case progresses efficiently. Strong communication, negotiation, and writing skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the life of their case
• Maintain regular communication and provide case updates
• Coordinate medical appointments and communicate with healthcare providers
• Request, organize, and maintain medical records and other case documentation
• Ensure all case files remain accurate, complete, and up to date
• Assist attorneys by gathering documentation needed to move cases toward resolution
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties as needed
• Negotiate when appropriate and advocate for client needs
• Manage multiple cases while working independently and meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a personal injury law firm is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Experience coordinating client care, medical records, and case documentation
• Sales, negotiation, or customer service experience is a plus
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• In-office position

Pay

• $20.19 per hour
