The Project Manager will play a key role in continuing that reputation by taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. Job Details 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or a related role. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction experience will be considered. Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and subcontractor management. Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, project documentation, and closeout. Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with owners, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and field personnel. Ability to identify potential project issues and proactively develop solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software; experience with Procore or similar platforms is a plus. Strong commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and client satisfaction. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative project team.
