WHO WE ARE: Orchid Cove @ Longwood- 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Longwood, FL is currently seeking a STAFFING COORDINATOR! We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with knowledge and experience in identifying staffing needs and creating schedules for the facility nursing staff. Starting at $22.00 with opportunity to earn additional bonus!
TEAMWORK ENVIRONMENT
Healthcare Staffing Coordinator Job Summary & Qualifications:
Prepare the nursing department work schedules for each calendar month and find call-in replacements to meet corporate, state, and federal staffing guidelines.
You will work with the Business Office to identify staffing needs and Employee attendance
You will also be the one to ensure that the nursing staff operates within PPD for our facility
Must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and Agencies
Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations as needed
