About this Role As our first sales hire you will help us transition from founder‑led sales into a scalable and repeatable sales process. The role focuses on building the go‑to‑market function, establishing processes, and driving growth. Qualifications Passionate about becoming a product and domain expert, selling consultatively and teaching prospects at every touch point. Detail oriented with a clean sales pipeline and timely follow‑ups. Fast‑moving mindset, constantly seeking improvements and leveraging technology to scale sales. Experience building a sales process from the ground up. Excited about closing deals and establishing repeatable processes for future success. Strong listening skills and ability to share market learnings with the company. Analytical with strong number skills, able to model scenarios without assistance. Bonus Experience hiring and leading a sales team. Excellent storytelling ability that resonates with prospects. Experience selling complex products.
