We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced fulfillment center. This position will provide hands-on leadership to warehouse associates, coordinate workflow, and ensure products are received, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse operations experience, leadership skills, and the ability to drive productivity, safety, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and support warehouse associates to achieve daily fulfillment, inventory, and shipping targets.
• Assign work, coordinate daily activities, and monitor team productivity and performance.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to warehouse employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory-related activities to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels and assist with workload planning to meet customer demand.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate significant concerns to management as appropriate.
• Track productivity and operational metrics and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a positive work environment.
• Serve as a key communication link between warehouse associates and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Support peak-season operations, changing business needs, and other warehouse initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a lead, supervisor, or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, fulfillment, and shipping processes.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively to changing operational demands.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/fulfillment environment.
