Direct Support Professional - BL Chaska

Direct Support Professionals at Pinnacle Services help persons served with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral issues in a residential setting, providing support and encouragement to work toward outcomes and goals to gain life skills. Location Chaska, MN Job Type Full Time and Part Time shifts available. Duties and Responsibilities Meal planning and preparation. Facilitation of community activities using company vehicles. Assisting with personal and medical care (e.g., dressing, bathing). Behavior management. Medication administration. Available Shifts Mornings – 6am‑2pm. Evenings – 2pm‑10pm. Overnights (asleep) – 10pm‑6am. Salary Direct Support Professional – $19.00 per hour; $13.00 per hour for asleep overnight shifts. Direct Support Professional Lead – $20.00 per hour on the 2‑10 shift, lead. On‑Call Direct Support Professional – $19.00 per hour for hours worked during on‑call weekend. Must be 18 years or older. Must successfully clear a background check. Current driver’s license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Pinnacle Services policy.
