This position supports the fabrication of metal building panels by operating CNC/Brake Press machinery and assisting with various production processes. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has strong mechanical aptitude, and takes pride in producing quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC/Brake Press machinery used in the production of steel building panels. Load, unload, and stage materials throughout the production process. Read and follow work orders and production specifications. Measure materials accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist with general labor tasks throughout the panel shop as needed. Work with the production team to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC/Brake Press equipment. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Comfortable working around steel products and manufacturing equipment. Able to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout an entire shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
