What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient orthopedic care and surgical interventions for adult patients
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and staff in a Level I trauma center
• Manage patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care
• Utilize onsite lab and X-ray services for efficient patient care
• Contribute to clinic operations and community health initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation using the EMR system (EPIC)
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs

What You Need

• Ohio Medical License and Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Minimum of X years of clinical Orthopedic Surgery experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
