We're seeking a passionate Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining for every guest and member. What You'll Do · Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and culinary strategy · Oversee food preparation to ensure top‑tier quality, consistency, presentation, and flavor · Manage ordering, inventory, vendor relationships, and cost‑control initiatives · Maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation · Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff to foster a positive, high‑performance team · Assist with recipe development, testing, and seasonal menu innovation · Ensure smooth communication across culinary, stewarding, and F&B teams · Step into leadership roles as needed to support overall kitchen success At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences.
