About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to take on a pivotal role in driving the full-funnel growth of its commercial platform. This includes owning the campaign roadmap, program budget, and all aspects of paid media, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the self-serve motion, from signup to paid conversion, and will work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless experience. A key focus of the role is on evolving the growth function to incorporate AI-native marketing tools, compressing the campaign production cycle, and building agentic workflows. The Head of Growth Marketing will also be expected to set the standard for AI-assisted work, particularly in the context of technical buyers, and to bring a strategic perspective on the changing landscape of buyer research. This is an AI-first role, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in growth, demand generation, or acquisition. They should be hands-on, fluent in analytics, and have a proven track record of marketing to technical buyers. Experience in open source, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or AI infrastructure is a plus, as is a background in both sales-led and self-serve growth motions. The role requires a leader who can build and manage a growth team, maintain relationships with agencies and vendors, and is adept at working with autonomy while knowing when to seek support. The Head of Growth Marketing will be instrumental in shaping the company's growth strategies and will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue generation and scaling.
