About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Compliance for Prediction Markets to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading the compliance strategy to ensure the highest standards of regulatory and product integrity as the company expands its market offerings. This role involves leading the development and execution of the compliance program, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and building strong relationships with regulatory bodies. The Head of Compliance will also be involved in incident response, managing internal investigations, and coaching the compliance team to promote a culture of integrity. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in sports betting, DFS, trading platforms, fintech, or gaming, with a focus on compliance and regulatory matters. Hands-on experience with regulatory bodies, particularly the CFTC, and a strong understanding of risk, fraud, KYC, AML, and responsible gambling frameworks are essential. The role requires excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The Head of Compliance will work closely with product and risk teams to ensure that all new markets and products have the necessary regulatory approvals in place.
