Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an experienced Home Care Scheduler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving staffing challenges while supporting both caregivers and clients.

What You'll Do- Coordinate and manage daily schedules for caregivers and clients
- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and location
- Fill open shifts quickly while minimizing overtime
- Respond to call-outs and last-minute schedule changes
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and referral sources professionally
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Assist with onboarding new caregivers and schedule orientation visits
- Work closely with our nursing and recruiting teams to ensure quality client care
- Home care scheduling experience is required
- Experience using scheduling software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
