Full-Time Custodian - QueensReports to: Facilities ManagerQueens, New York, 11354 United StatesResponsibilities:Maintain general cleanliness of the Health Center facilitiesAssist in opening and closing of the facility according to hours of operationMaintenance and minor repairCheck lights, elevator, air conditioning and boiler are all workingFollow daily and quarterly cleaning and waxing schedulesDispose of garbageMaintain order of supply roomAssist in supplies receivableAssist in light moving (i.e. boxes, furniture)Assist in messenger dutiesOther duties assignedMinimum Qualifications:Experience in custodian/maintenance workMust be able to physically lift a minimum of 25 poundsBilingual in English/ChineseCompensation and Benefits:Salary: $35,000.00 - 38,000.00 per yearMedical insuranceEmployer-paid dental, disability and life insurance403(b) retirement savings planFlexible spending accounts for transit, parking, health and dependent carePaid time off (28 days for the first year of employment)Employee Assistance ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramTuition reimbursement for eligible employeesThe Health Center is qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
