Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, followed by developing and implementing tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation, including treatment plan reviews and case notes, in accordance with company policies.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 weekly client visits, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as teletherapy when necessary.

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff to coordinate holistic care.

• Apply creative therapeutic interventions and techniques to help clients achieve their personal goals and improve their mental health outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this position will work primarily with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will employ evidence-based practices to address various mental health challenges, fostering resilience and promoting healthy family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for effective interaction with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Ability to demonstrate appropriate boundaries and professionalism in client interactions.

• Comfort and experience working with a diverse population, employing culturally competent care.

• Successful completion of a background check.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with mental health documentation, including treatment plans, clinical case notes, and diagnostic assessments (DAs).

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
