As a Forklift Operator, you'll help keep warehouse operations running efficiently and safely.

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Transport materials to designated storage, staging, and shipping locations.
• Verify shipment quantities, product condition, and order accuracy.
• Pick, pack, label, wrap, and prepare orders for customer shipment.
• Support inventory management through stock rotation and cycle counts.
• Stack and store materials according to company and customer requirements.
• Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with pallet repair, light assembly, and general warehouse support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Collaborate with transportation, customer service, maintenance, and warehouse teams to meet daily goals.

• Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and material handling operations.
• Strong order picking, packing, and staging experience.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to accurately complete documentation and inventory-related tasks.

• Experience in fast-paced distribution or logistics environments.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with customer-specific shipping and labeling requirements.
• Ability to perform pallet repair, light assembly, or general warehouse maintenance tasks.
• Previous experience operating multiple types of material handling equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Avon, NY.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
