Embrace an impactful opportunity to support students’ growth as a physical therapist serving a large district of approximately 14,000 students. This contract role is available for the upcoming school year, running from August 10, 2026, to May 28, 2027, and can be filled onsite or in a hybrid format based on your preference. You'll work full-time, providing direct and consultative physical therapy services across the district, participating in evaluations, and taking an active role in IEP and team meetings.

Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience or strong interest in school-based practice
• Ability to deliver both direct interventions and consulting support to staff and families
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to provide services in-person and/or in a hybrid model

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy interventions to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and write evaluation reports
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams
• Consult with educators and families to support student success in the school environment
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in meetings to support student progress and provide professional insight
