This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN***The Provider Enrollment Specialist supports the timely and accurate enrollment of employed, contracted, and affiliated providers with insurance carriers to enable billing and reimbursement. The Specialist coordinates collection of provider data, prepares and submits enrollment applications, and ensures ongoing maintenance of accurate records. This position requires attention to detail, compliance with payor and regulatory standards, and strong communication with providers, payors, and internal stakeholders.
