Leader, Interior Architecture

Summary Lead design of restaurant, bar, and lounge interiors and bespoke architectural elements for immersive hospitality environments. Translate conceptual direction into technical drawings and millwork packages while partnering with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with creative intent and operational needs. Present technical solutions to leadership and support project execution from design development through construction for global openings. Responsibilities Develop detailed interior architecture drawing sets and technical documentation Create millwork packages and precise architectural drawings from conceptual direction Coordinate with Architecture and Design, Construction, Visual Merchandising, and Hospitality teams Present drawing sets and technical strategies to leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with Construction teams to resolve on site conditions and maintain architectural integrity Support bespoke FF&E development with Product Designers and external vendors Integrate operational insights and preservation feedback into design direction Maintain organized drawings, documentation, and design standards Stay current on hospitality design trends and materials innovation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field 5+ years of experience in hospitality or F B design 5+ years of experience in architectural or design production coordination Mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms such as Monday.com Strong space planning expertise and understanding of hospitality program requirements Exceptional presentation, communication, and visual storytelling skills Highly detail oriented with ability to manage complex global projects Comfort working in iterative processes and managing multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
