Position Summary We're looking for a driven, high-energy Talent Acquisition Partner who genuinely loves recruiting. This is more than filling open positions—it's an opportunity to help build and shape the Talent Acquisition function at a rapidly growing organization. They enjoy the challenge of finding exceptional talent, building relationships, and influencing hiring leaders to make great hiring decisions. This person isn't afraid to ask tough questions, create urgency, or push the hiring process forward while delivering exceptional customer service to both candidates and leaders. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source, identify, and engage top talent using a variety of recruiting channels. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow‑up. Influence hiring leaders by providing market insights, setting expectations, and driving efficient hiring decisions. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System. Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomes. Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and help build a best‑in‑class Talent Acquisition function. Represent Beacon professionally and positively in every interaction with candidates and business leaders. Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment. Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed. Passion for recruiting and building relationships. Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates. High sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly. Naturally curious with a desire to continuously learn and improve. Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Comfortable influencing hiring leaders, setting expectations, and driving accountability throughout the hiring process. Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ADP Recruitment Management experience is a plus. Healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
