Your Responsibilities Presidential Gardens is seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant role. The community consists of 200 units of affordable housing located in Haverhill, MA. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, rent collections, waitlist updates, processing applications, preparing correspondence and reports, processing invoices, processing work orders, assisting with leasing and recertifications, and special projects as assigned. Skills & Requirements Your Qualifications Administrative experience is required. Experience in property management is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
