Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our senior living community. In this role, you will assess residents' mobility, create tailored treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies aimed at improving safety, independence, and overall quality of life.
You will collaborate closely with nursing staff and care teams to provide:
- Gait training
- Balance and fall-prevention programs
- Pain management strategies
- Education for residents and their families
