Business Development Specialist

Business Development Specialist Servpro of West Forsyth County is hiring a Business Development Specialist. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness and driving sales in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry. Key Responsibilities Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and educate clients and customers about brand benefits Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in the sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education classes Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities Provide management with revenue updates and reports around the assigned sales territory Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience preferred A minimum of two years of direct sales experience Strong process and results‑driven attitude Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred Skills/Physical Demands Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects Ability to work with and around cleaning agents Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Benefits Competitive salary Bonus based on performance Company car Paid time off Training and development Opportunity for advancement Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
