Floater Teacher

Kid's Castle in Kenosha is looking to hire a full-time floater teacher, to support all age groups, Infants-Prek! To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. Previous childcare experience and minimum Registry Level 3 strongly preferred. MainJob Responsibilities Assistthe lead teacher with all aspectsof the classroomin a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center. Implement activitiesthatencourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative,and physical development. Take direction, accept constructive criticism,and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program. Createandmaintainan environment that is clean and safe for all children. Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family toprovidequality care for the children. Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running,and climbing stairs.
