Training & Development Supervisor

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a Training & Development Supervisor to join our corporate team. This position will work out of St. Henry. SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday (1st shift) STARTING RATE: Commensurate with experience ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) Job Functions Manage the Training & Development team and work with leaders within Cooper Farms to create, maintain, and improve training systems Gain an understanding of the operations and needs of each location to help Cooper Farms reach business goals Develop content and facilitate trainings Work in Learning Management System (Cornerstone) to optimize processes and systems Coordinate logistics for internal and external trainings Requirements Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Education or business-related field Outstanding communication skills and be comfortable facilitating trainings with varying groups of people Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, as well as general technology knowledge and experience Experience in managing a team is preferred Benefits Generous paid vacation immediately after hire Six paid holidays, plus two floating holidays Same Day Pay Available Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance FREE healthcare clinics 401(k) plan with company match $300 yearly wellness reimbursement Referral Bonus Great deals on Cooper Farms deli and turkey products #J-18808-Ljbffr Cooper Farms
