Desktop Support Technician

Desktop Support TechnicianLocation: 800 Cabin Hill Dr, Greensburg, PA 15601Work with onsite team doing computer builds and adhoc software/hardware repairs with minimum 3 years of desktop support experience.Primary day-to-day responsibilities entail creating and resolving desktop issues for First Energy employees onsite and remote. Primary duties will include standard desktop/laptop break/fix items:Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference).Monitor calls, incidents, and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool.Top 2 required skills that candidates must have: Great customer service, desktop support (Win10 and Office 365).Work schedule: (M-F) 8am-5pm. Overtime? No. On-call? No.Overall years of experience: 12-24 months enterprise desktop support.Specific certifications or education: CompTIA A+.If contract to hire, what is the conversion rate? Not more than $24/hr.
