In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure title and ownership reports are processed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. Remote (Florida Residents Only) | Full-Time | Monday-Friday What You'll Do As a Title Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and internal teams by ensuring title orders move smoothly through the process. Responsibilities Include Entering title orders, ownership searches, and quotes accurately and efficiently Managing and prioritizing requests received through shared team inboxes Updating order information and maintaining accurate records Monitoring product delivery timelines and ensuring service commitments are met Responding to customer and internal inquiries by phone and email Providing outstanding customer service and professional communication Assisting teammates and supporting department workflow during peak periods Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations Maintaining accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys delivering exceptional service while working in a collaborative team environment.
