Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience required License: Current compact or state license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Charge experience - Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:6 Description: This position is for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse. The nurse will work night shifts. The role requires flexibility to float to similar units as needed. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred. The daily patient census is approximately 32. The unit provides care to adults and geriatric patients. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Nurses should be proficient in blood product administration, central line management, and wound care. The nurse will be responsible for managing various medical devices and patient care tasks. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
