Operador de Forklift (2nd Shift)

Responsabilidades Proporciona a los departamentos de producción material del inventario de acuerdo con el programa de producción. Mueve el material en proceso de una estación a otra (si es necesario) Enfaja, envuelve y/o empaca productos terminados y etiqueta el material Mueve los productos terminados del área de producción al inventario de productos terminados (patio o almacén) Asistir a la producción y otras necesidades de materiales. Brinda mantenimiento preventivo general a los equipos. Completa la lista de verificación del equipo antes del turno/arranque e informa cualquier problema o inquietud Mantiene organizado y limpio el patio de inventario de materiales brutos y productos terminados. Completa los registros de producción según sea necesario. Sigue las reglas y políticas de montacargas como se describe en la política de la empresa Realiza otras tareas según sea necesario. Requerimientos Educación básica mínima 9º grado; Diploma de escuela secundaria/GED preferido pero no requerido No se requiere experiencia mínima; sin embargo, se prefiere la conducción de montacargas con experiencia Conocimiento práctico de matemáticas básicas y técnicas de inventario. Completar con éxito el proceso de licencia de conductor de montacargas Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad Habilidades Capacidad para trabajar de manera segura. Capacidad para reconocer el tamaño/grado/calidad del material Demuestra capacidad para seguir instrucciones e instrucciones específicas. Demostrar capacidad para apilar material correctamente Capacidad para prestar atención a los alrededores. Capacidad para identificar problemas de seguridad en su área de trabajo y detectar fallas en el equipo Capacidad para comprender instrucciones verbales y escritas básicas en inglés; capacidad de leer y escribir inglés básico Capacidad para subir y bajar con frecuencia de un montacargas, soportar operaciones en superficies irregulares, trabajar en una amplia gama de condiciones climáticas y operar un montacargas durante largos períodos de tiempo Demostrar coordinación ojo-mano. Capacidad para trabajar bajo supervisión inmediata. Capacidad para pasar una prueba de drogas Capacidad para trabajar las horas ordenadas por la administracion Conducta Consciente de la seguridad Jugador de equipo y orientado a objetivos.
