THE POSITION

The Event Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing company events while providing administrative support related to events and general organizational needs. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate vendors and logistics and ensure events are executed seamlessly from planning through completion.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Event Planning Plan, coordinate and execute a variety of events across the country, including meetings, conferences, employee engagement events, executive offsites and other company events Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, audiovisual needs, transportation and travel, serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors Develop and manage event timelines, task lists, run-of-show documents and other planning materials, proactively monitoring responsibilities and resolving issues to ensure seamless execution Develop and manage event budgets, including accurate tracking and reporting of event-related expenses Conduct post-event evaluations and maintain event records, vendor information, processes and templates to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of future events Administrative Oversight Provide general administrative and project support across the organization, including meeting coordination, scheduling and organizational logistics Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and other project-related materials and documents Support company projects, activities and special initiatives in coordination with internal teams Provide additional administrative and project support based on organizational priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Quick learning self-starter who is excellent at time-management with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills Adept at problem-solving and decision-making while adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment In addition to a great team environment, we have a strong benefits package for our team members: Competitive base salary Team based profit sharing program 401K for all employees with 3.5% company match Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid Time Off Policy + 9 corporate holidays This opportunity has a base range that represents a full-time annual salary of $70,000-90,000 (commensurate with experience). #J-18808-Ljbffr LandCare
