Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freight Salesperson to join our sales team. This role focuses on driving new business, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the freight and logistics sector.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Provide quotes and solutions tailored to client needs, including freight options, pricing, and timelines.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, carrier rates, and industry regulations.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in freight sales, transportation, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of freight, shipping, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
