Global Account Lead

Are you passionate about building strategic customer partnerships and delivering innovative packaging solutions? Silgan Dispensing Systems is seeking a Key Account Manager - Global Accounts to manage and grow relationships with some of the world’s leading consumer brands while identifying new business opportunities. What You'll Do Manage strategic global customer accounts and develop long-term growth plans. Identify and convert new business opportunities through consultative selling. Partner with Procurement, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and executive stakeholders. Lead complex commercial negotiations while protecting margins and strengthening customer relationships. Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce. Work cross-functionally with Innovation, Marketing, Design, and Operations to deliver customer solutions. Successfully manage long sales cycles common within the packaging industry, keeping multiple stakeholders engaged from initial opportunity through commercialization. What We're Looking For Candidate must be based in Cincinnati, Ohio, or the surrounding area. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. 5+ years of Key Account Management or direct sales experience. Packaging, dispensing, or CPG industry experience preferred. Experience selling into Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies. Demonstrated success managing complex, long sales cycles and strategic customer relationships. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using Salesforce CRM or a similar platform. Willingness to travel as needed. Why Join Silgan Dispensing Systems? The anticipated starting salary for this position is $140,000 plus bonus and company car. Final compensation may be higher and will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall value they bring to the organization.
