Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments through interviews and standardized evaluation tools to identify mental, emotional, and social needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, frequently adjusting strategies based on feedback and progress.

• Provide ongoing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and medical staff, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
