Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress toward their treatment goals, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention services for clients experiencing high-stress situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and necessary support services.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all client interactions, complying with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Stay informed on the latest research, therapeutic modalities, and trends in mental health care to enhance service delivery.

As an LCSW at Solace Space Counseling Center, you will work with diverse populations, including individuals grappling with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders, as well as those navigating significant life transitions, such as divorce, grief, and chronic illness diagnosis. Qualifications\n
