Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities of the Position: Provide friendly customer service Assist in maintaining a quality showroom Securing on time payments and collecting on delinquent accounts Convey information to customers and maintain a constant level of communications with customers, co-workers, and management. Upon completion of training should have a thorough knowledge of rental agreements, merchandise, and customer relations. Requirements: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience Must complete the training program High degree of precision, accuracy, coordination and knowledge of operational procedures.
