This role provides office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks that support the effective and efficient operation of the clinic. How You Will Make An Impact Coordinate the daily operations of administrative support staff. Ensure support staff provides quality customer service to all patients, visitors, or care partners. Manage all front office duties, such as, insurance authorization and billing, registering patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and maintaining the integrity of the patient database. Manage provider schedules, works claim hold buckets, completes daily chart checks, and coordinates the payment of clinic bills. Ensure payment for services by coordinating insurance benefits and complying with insurance regulations. Ensure intake procedures are followed and completed by all staff. Assist with enforcing policy compliance and policy changes.
