Experience in Talent Acquisition within a large, global, and matrixed organization Proven ability to successfully recruit professionals through senior‑level talent in a corporate environment; experience supporting Product, Strategy, Experience recruiting for crypto, stablecoin & blockchain. Skills: Preferred experience recruiting for crypto, stablecoin & blockchain. Experience in Talent Acquisition within a large, global, and matrixed organization. Proven ability to successfully recruit professionals through senior‑level talent in a corporate environment; experience supporting Product, Strategy, Technology, Payments, or related functions is strongly preferred. Strong sourcing capabilities with hands‑on experience building and managing talent pipelines. Results‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. High degree of business acumen, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Working knowledge of employment laws and standard hiring practices. Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems; Workday ATS experience is strongly preferred. Deliver full‑cycle recruitment for a portfolio of mid‑ to senior‑level roles supporting teams across North America including roles across crypto, stablecoin & blockchain. Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for assigned client groups, leveraging internal and external talent pools to build strong, diverse candidate pipelines. Proactively source, assess, and engage high‑quality talent using market intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms. Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide talent market insights, and advise on recruiting approaches. Deliver a seamless and inclusive candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding. #J-18808-Ljbffr
