This is a leadership role ideal for someone with strong people management skills and a passion for optimizing team performance-no prior law firm experience required. Position Overview The Workflow Administrator Lead will manage a team of 6-8 paralegals, ensuring efficient coordination between paralegals and attorneys. This role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality client service, resolving escalated issues, and supporting the Managing Attorney in departmental operations.
