Precision Fastener Installation Operator — Medical Device Enclosures Is this you?

• Do you enjoy hands-on work with machines like Haeger/PEM presses?
• Can you read mechanical drawings (standard and metric) and translate them into precise results?
• Are you a stickler for accuracy—comfortable verifying your work and cross-checking a teammate’s?

What you’ll do

• Install varied hardware into steel fabricated parts using Haeger inserting equipment.
• Interpret work orders, prints, and work instructions to meet quality and production standards.
• Measure, confirm, and document critical dimensions; verify against print requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain flow and uphold safety and quality.

Where and when you’ll work

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Racine: First Shift, 6:00 am–2:30 pm
• Milwaukee: Second Shift, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, work orders, and instructions.
• Competence in calculating measurements and interpreting written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based directions.

Physical and mental demands

• Operate PEM inserting machinery and measurement devices regularly.
• Read blueprints and follow written procedures accurately.
• Close-vision capability and dependable math skills.

Pay and benefits

• Hourly pay: $18.00–$21.50 (experience-based).
• Medical (HSA-qualified and traditional), dental, and vision—coverage begins the first of the month after hire.
