Customer Service Representative - Csr

Responsibilities Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction Qualifications Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Compensation $18 - $21 hourly (Depending on Experience) About Fawley Overhead Door Fawley Overhead Door is a leading garage door company in Southwest Michigan, providing quality residential and commercial overhead door services.
