Just Love Coffee Cafe | HERMITAGE, TN

Pay: Base hourly + tips (most teammates earn $13–$15/hour with tips included)
Just Love Coffee Cafe in Hermitage is family-owned and locally managed , and we’re intentionally rebuilding our team with people who care about creating meaningful experiences for guests and each other.

Cooks
- Prep and execute food with consistency and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, high-performing kitchen
- Help greet and serve guests at their tables
Baristas
- Craft coffee and drive-thru orders with speed and excellence
- Deliver warm, genuine guest experiences
- Pre-bussing and engaging with community
