Western is seeking high-energy sales professionals. You will work to grow our residential business footprint.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Pay range offered for this role: $45,000 - $50,000 annually PLUS uncapped commissions (depending on experience)
