Assistant Director, Residential Programs & Training

Gateways to Change, Inc.

Gateways to Change, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director to develop schedules for staff and consumer activities, ensuring programs are carried out and sufficient staff are available. You will provide direct instruction to consumers and model approved teaching/intervention techniques from the treatment team. Responsibilities include organizing staff training on Human Rights, First Aid, Medication administration, disease detection, and data collection, and maintaining professional communication with #J-18808-Ljbffr Gateways to Change, Inc.
