Location: Lakewood, New Jersey

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (5 Days per Week)

 

Position Summary

Complete Equipment, a growing aerial equipment rental company, is seeking an experienced and organized Parts Manager to oversee all aspects of our parts department. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory, sourcing parts, supporting the service team, and ensuring equipment downtime is minimized through efficient parts management.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the parts department
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts
• Order, receive, and stock parts for aerial equipment and related machinery
• Source parts from vendors and negotiate pricing and delivery schedules
• Ensure technicians have the necessary parts to complete repairs efficiently
• Monitor inventory usage and implement cost-control measures
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and warranty claims
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s inventory management system
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
• Identify opportunities to improve parts availability and department efficiency
• Ensure the parts department remains organized, clean, and safe 

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a parts department, preferably in equipment rental, construction equipment, heavy equipment, or related industries
• Knowledge of aerial equipment and equipment components preferred 
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and inventory software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
