Business Processes Senior Consultant - (Performance, Data Migration & Lifecycle Optimization) We help the world run better. This role will focus on advising clients, improving system performance, and driving innovation. Responsibilities Act as an advisor to the customer’s IT department, focusing on technology and operations. Clarify existing expectations with customer technology and operations experts. Drive knowledge management and innovation activities based on experiences with customers. Collaborate and co‑innovate with development teams. Analyze performance and availability of complex SAP solutions across the entire SAP Business Suite. Identify issues and bottlenecks and develop solutions. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and convince them using technical facts. Qualifications Strong subject‑matter expertise in Performance, Data Migration & Lifecycle Optimization, including: Data Migration using SAP solutions such as S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit; experience with non‑SAP solutions (e.g., Syniti ADMM) is an asset. Foundational knowledge of core SAP data domains: Finance, Materials, Business Partner. Knowledge of S/4HANA technical stack and end‑to‑end architecture. Experience with performance tuning and optimization (ABAP, ABAP Performance Essentials). Experience with SAP ILM/Archiving/Data Tiering. Experience with SAP Business Technology Management Suite (e.g., Tricentis, Signavio, LeanIX). Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Willingness to travel to SAP customers in the Americas region. Solid knowledge of SAP’s strategy, solutions, and industry business processes. Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronics & Electrical). Minimum 8 years of total job experience, with 5 years in a relevant SAP role. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; other languages are an asset. Compensation Range Targeted combined salary range: USD 135,600 – 230,600 (annualized), inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target. Actual offer will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of role, and location.
