Registered Nurse Cardiac Cath LAB

$3128.00/week - Job Summary: Seeking a Cardiac Device RN to provide specialized outpatient care for cardiac patients with implanted devices. The role involves managing and monitoring implantable rhythm management devices with a focus on patient safety and device performance. Responsibilities: Perform technical management and troubleshooting of implanted cardiac rhythm management devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators. Conduct patient assessments, including device interrogation and function testing. Maintain accurate documentation of device status, patient data, and procedural details. Collaborate with cardiology teams to optimize patient care and device performance. Ensure compliance with certification requirements and clinic policies. Educate patients on device use, post-procedure care, and lifestyle considerations. Qualifications: Hold an active nursing license and demonstrate at least 2 years of EPIC EMR experience within the last 2 years. Possess BLS certification and completion of a pacemaker/ICD technician program or equivalent. Have knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiovascular physiology, and device troubleshooting. Preferred certifications: CCDS or CDRMS. Able to work independently in a clinic setting without on-call or weekend requirements. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to start by 8/31.
